While driving up to Oregon last year, we passed by this truck hauling milk across the Interstate.
I’ve seen these trucks many times, but that was the first time I was able to get a good photo of one. It says:
Milky-Way
Drink-A-Mug-A-Milk-A-Meal
Sounds like good advice to me, even if it was coined by the people trying to sell me milk.

Hey, it’s good lean protein. And don’t they say if you add lowfat dairy to your diet, it helps you lose weight? Well, I don’t know if that’s true, but the milk people have joined that bandwagon and it is good for us women.

We saw this truck when we were in Oregon last year and almost laughed ourselves off the road trying to figure out what it said. When we returned to Portland this month we tried to find it again, maybe in T-shirt form, but came up empty. Thanks for the picture, what a great memory!

This is a fairly common advert in WA State, too, and there is something very similar in the UK…
