Yourself!Fitness Lawsuit Nukes Sequel
If you were hoping for a sequel to Yourself!Fitness, you probably are going to be disappointed. Because of a lawsuit that has been dragging in the courts for years, Yourself!Fitness isn’t looking at working on a sequel. You can find out the details here:
If Yourself!Fitness is dying a slow and painful death, be sure that exergaming isn’t. Konami just released a new version of DDR for Playstation 2 called DDR Supernova and you’ve already heard about the new game, Dance Factory. Exergaming is alive and well. It’s just Yourself!Fitness that is experiencing an implosion.

I agree, silly decisions are made in the name of greed. I have question as to Yoga itself. I am a bilateral above the knee amputee. I have a fairly high amputation. I have just started on the road again togetting my prosthetics. I need to both stretch and build strength in my hipflexors, abs, gluts. These are the muscle groups I will primarily use to walk with. Maintaining flexibility in this area is crucial in developing as normal a gait as possible. Any suggestions on what positions I could use to achiebve my goals.
Thanks

Sal,
I don’t know very much about Yoga, so the best thing is to talk to a physical therapist.
Good luck, Laura Moncur

I liked yourself! Fitness a lot but really I never did the yoga part. I like the stability ball workout. I want more training type games. I am not very coordinated to do the dance ones yet.

I use the yoga part of yourselffitness everyday and have for over a year. It’s the only exercise program that I’ve stuck with for such a long time. I think it is great. It even has a software glitch that I put up with. I sure hope someone comes up with another yoga xbox game like this.
