The ice cream flavor is Manatee Poop. I wish ALL ice cream was named so unappetizingly. Then maybe it would be easier to abstain from it.

If you look around the photos at the time of that one, you’ll also see that the ice cream place was named “lickity split.” I spent five minutes laughing to tears in the parking lot (with my father giggling too in the back seat) before my mother finally said STOP IT and we went inside.

I think unappetizing names for good food is better than when it goes the other way. Like head cheese for example. Sounds OK until you Google it and find out that it isn’t really cheese. Yuck!
